Two CET Schools Recognised Nationally for Exceptional Outcomes

Two schools within Creative Education Trust have received letters of congratulations from the Secretary of State for Education following the publication of national performance data for 2024/25.

Caister Academy in Norfolk and Harpfield Primary School in Stoke‑on‑Trent were both recognised for the strong progress made by their disadvantaged pupils.

In her letters, the Secretary of State commended the commitment of staff, the hard work of students and the positive school cultures that support high expectations. Both schools were encouraged to continue sharing their effective practice as part of wider Regional Improvement for Standards and Excellence (RISE) activity.

These letters reflect the strong work happening across Creative Education Trust. While this recognition highlights two individual schools, it also speaks to the collective commitment shared across all our schools to ambition, belonging and close partnership with families. These values play a significant role in helping students achieve well, whatever their starting points.

We are very proud of both schools. These letters highlight the commitment of our leaders, the expertise of our staff and the positive relationships they have built with students and families. Strong outcomes are always the result of shared effort and we are pleased to see that recognised. Across the Trust, our schools work together to support one another and this recognition reflects that wider culture.

The Trust will continue to support all 17 of its schools as they build on their strengths and contribute to development activity across their regions, including through the sharing of practice highlighted in the Secretary of State’s letters.
