Across Creative Education Trust, we offer a three-week immersive internship designed for students studying degree subjects in: Mathematics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics, Design & Technology, and Modern Foreign Languages. This programme provides real classroom experience and professional development opportunities, giving you a genuine insight into the world of teaching.

As part of your school placement, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of in‑school activities designed to build your confidence and practical experience. These include:

• Shadowing a Teaching Assistant to understand effective classroom support.
• Co‑teaching alongside experienced educators, gradually taking on more responsibility.
• Support‑staff meet‑and‑greets to help you understand how every role contributes to pupil success.
• Leading small‑group activities, giving you hands‑on experience in planning and delivering learning.

In addition, you’ll benefit from the expertise of our central teams - bringing together years of experience across education, marketing, and recruitment. This support is designed to give you the professional skills, knowledge, and insight needed to thrive in your future career, whatever path you choose.

The support continues beyond your internship. Our Recruitment and Learning & Development teams will guide you throughout your career. Plus, successful interns are guaranteed an interview for our Teacher Training Programme.
