Meet Some of Our Year 13 Results Day Success Stories

Today (Thursday 14 August), our Sixth Form students are collecting their results and unlocking the next stage of their journeys.
We are incredibly proud of our school leavers, and wish them the very best with their next steps. You can meet some of them below.
Huge congratulations to all our Year 13 students! We are so proud of you for all you have achieved and for all your hard work and commitment.

We wish all our students the very best for their exciting next steps, whether they are moving on to university, starting an apprenticeship or beginning their careers.”

Thea has an unconditional offer to study Interior Architecture and Spatial Design at the University of Northampton, and is being celebrated as Weavers’ second highest achieving student this summer.
“My experience in Weavers may have been shorter than some. I joined in Year 10, but throughout the years I’ve had some constants who supported me all the way.
“I wouldn’t be who I am today without the support and encouragement I had. I am forever grateful to everyone in Weavers who believed in me and pushed me to reach my goals. “

Kofi (Wrenn School)
Kofi is going on to complete an apprenticeship at Grant Thornton.
“After attending Wrenn since Year 7, it has become less of a school and more of a home. By the end of my time I realised the teachers had become like friends who are always there to support, challenge, and inspire me. Wrenn has helped me grow not just academically, but personally too. From lessons to wider opportunities and experiences, I’ve learned the importance of working hard, respecting others, enjoying learning, navigating my future and never giving up. Thanks to everyone for all I have gained at Wrenn, I’m proud to be starting an apprenticeship in Audit at Grant Thornton.”

“I want to mention all the side opportunities I had during those years such as the ECF (Early Careers Foundation) mentoring, which was an amazing 2-year program which helped me build confidence and strategy for future career endeavours, and numerous trips for university open days, UCAS experiences/exhibitions and more.”
