Thank you for your interest in joining Creative Education Trust.

Since our founding in 2010, we’ve grown from two schools into a thriving network of seventeen, united by a shared commitment to ambition, equity, and opportunity. Our mission is to transform lives by delivering an education that unlocks opportunity, inspires ambition, and equips every student for lasting success.

We offer a strong, knowledge-rich academic curriculum alongside a vibrant extra-curricular programme, because we believe that academic excellence and personal development go hand in hand. Our schools combine rigorous learning with rich opportunities beyond the classroom, shaping confident, capable individuals who are prepared for the future.

At the heart of our Trust is a culture of collaboration and leadership at every level. We support each school to retain its unique identity while benefiting from the strength of a connected, purposeful network. Our model is built on aligned practice, integrated services, and the expertise, challenge and support of a wider trust. We invest strategically in leadership and professional development, ensuring that every teacher, leader and specialist has the opportunity to grow and contribute meaningfully.

Our focus on sustainable growth means we continue to evolve with clarity and impact. We are proud of our journey so far, and even more excited about what lies ahead. We look forward to welcoming passionate individuals who share our values and are ready to help shape the future of education.
