At Creative Education Trust our teacher training ethos echoes our commitment to the 14,500 children and young people in our schools across the East of England, West Midlands and East Midlands: to promote creative, integrated and proactive thinking, ready for the challenges of the 21st Century. Creative Education Trust is committed to offering trainee teachers the best opportunities to grow and learn surrounded by supportive and experienced colleagues.
We offer school-led training and a wide range of secondary subjects from Maths, Geography, Business Studies and Physics, through Biology, Chemistry, Drama, Art and MFL to English, Social Science, History, P.E. and Design and Technology in addition to opportunities in Primary Education.

University of Warwick
Creative Education Trust is also proud to work with the University of Warwick, one of the UK's leading providers of teacher education. Through this partnership, trainees can access the University of Warwick's highly regarded Digital PGCE programme, benefiting from its innovative approach to teacher training and nationally recognised academic excellence.
The programme enables trainees across the UK to access Warwick's teacher education expertise while undertaking their practical training within Creative Education Trust schools, combining academic study with high-quality school-based experience. Wherever they are in the UK, our trainees can benefit from the Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ provision of the University of Warwick, ranked 7th UK University in the Guardian University Guide (2026).
National Institute of Teacher Education (N.I.T.E)
The National Institute of Teacher Education (N.I.T.E) offers a comprehensive portfolio of training opportunities designed to meet the needs of both aspiring and existing education professionals.
N.I.T.E provides flexible pathways into teaching, including Teaching Assistant (TA) apprenticeships, undergraduate teacher education programmes, and postgraduate teaching apprenticeships, enabling individuals to enter and progress within the profession in a way that suits their circumstances and career aspirations.
