School Improvement

Headteachers and Principals of Creative Education Trust schools can call on expertise to support them with any issue at any time: they and we have a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

The schools work closely with the Trust Education team to validate regular self-evaluation and to plan the improvement of the academy. A small team of experienced phase, aspect and subject specialists work with senior school leaders to identify any areas where support is required. Regular performance reviews monitor the impact of changes in practice. Intensive preparation ensures “Ofsted readiness”. The schools share their own areas of expertise with one another to drive up standards in all areas of school provision.
