Scaling up Safety describes the root and branch upgrade of safety measures for socially-distanced schools, complemented by tips from our experts blended and remote learning. We introduce a colourful group of new colleagues, asking “Why us?” and “Why them?”, and we pay tribute to the achievements of young people in transitional phases of education during an exceptional year. Breaking the Fourth Wall recounts the virtual creative writing competition behind the professionally acted and filmed winning monologue, Survivor. Our training spotlight falls on four apprentices in teaching and administrative roles bringing the benefit of the government campaign to promote training-on-the-job.
