Leading by Example

In the final weeks of term, pupils from Creative Education Trust’s five primary schools took part in two festive Days of Sport in Great Yarmouth and Tamworth.

Woodlands Primary Academy and Wroughton Academy joined up to play a range of activities from football to kurling (an indoor adaptation of ice rink curling). Meanwhile, pupils from Queen Eleanor, Harpfield and Three Peaks Primary Academies discovered different sports through a series of professionally coached activities such as pétanque, led by the British Pétanque Association, and cricket, supported by Warwickshire Cricket Club. Congratulations to the pupils who showed remarkable leadership skills, sporting values, and energy in collaborating with new team members.
